Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://cleaningserviceworcester.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Luxe AEP Cleaning markets and arranges Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://cleaningserviceworcester.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Luxe AEP Cleaning or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

No Warranties. Luxe AEP Cleaning disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will Luxe AEP Cleaning's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Luxe AEP Cleaning against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Law and Venue. MA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in MA.

Modifications. Luxe AEP Cleaning may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
